Greetings to our neighbours, friends and fans! We just wanted to post a quick update regarding our RV Park and for the Restaurant this upcoming weekend. RV Park Availability Our RV Park currently has two seasonal sites that have opened up for this coming season. With RV sites being in short supply for the last few years, we feel fortunate to be able to offer these to the public. All of our sites feature a 20-30 amp service, fresh water hookups and grey water dump access.
Please get your #takeout orders in for this evening ASAP. Although we try to make enough to satisfy demand, it's always a gamble between too little supply and too much waste. We took some very needed time off, and were able to catch up on some well-earned rest and relaxation. This break also gave us the opportunity to analyze and discuss the #Restaurant operations, in order to determine what modifications to make to help ensure our continued survival during these trying off-season times. Due to some heating equipment failure, our water system completely froze during this cold snap. Because of this, we have been unable to open up the restaurant for #chefmattwhite to perform any prep, nor are we legally allowed to open without a fresh water supply. #Reservations, #takeout and dine-in will not be available this Friday, Dec. 18, 2020.

Now that our Restaurant has been open for over six weeks, we have had ample time to evaluate (and reevaluate!) how things are going. We have made tweaks and additions (our new 'Bœf Vin Rouge' #gravy, for example), and intend to continue doing so as we evolve the business.
