We spent a perfect week in clean and cosy Cottage and by a super westarmteam were cared for. Best thanks from Switzerland. Wir haben eine tolle Woche in einem sauberen und gemuetlichen Cottage verbracht und wurden durch ein super Westarmteam betreut. Besten Dank aus der Schweiz

I just read Mer's comment and have just one thing to add: The hosts at Westarm are absolutely outstanding - what a great change compared to three years ago. It was the perfect decision to trust the new owners and come back with our whole crew to this beautiful place. We can only recommend it! Thanks Frank - you are doing a wonderful job!

Thanks for some unforgettable days we could spend in one of the loveliest and cleanest lodges we have ever seen (and we have seen a lot). You really bring a touch of class to Northern Ontario - and keep things "natural" at the same time. Congratulations. We definitely will be back, soon. Meri and Dan

hi frank, this is ray. my mom and i would like to thanl you for letting us walk your property on aug. 14/09. it meant a lot to my mom, because it was a anniversay date(65th) of my parents. like i said, my grandfather was the origional property owner,(bought from "the pedneault's) to clear and build the first log cabins on the property. my grandfather's name was "auguste wissell" (sometimes spelled whissell) of german descent. my mom worked there helping her parents in the early years of operation, around 1937, when she was about 11years old. i will do a little more research on this matter for our sake of past family history, and pass on some information to you that maybe of interest of the history of your lodge. my mom will contact her sisters to inquire about old photos of the lodge from the early years, and e-mail them to you when available. my mom and i just want the history of your lodge, to be correct as to the original owner and subsequent owners as well. thanks again for your curtacy to allow to visit! regards,RAY
